Our little friend Arianna turned 4 a few weeks ago, so Kat made a name frame for her! Name frames are pretty much our favorite gifts to give, and they're so easy to make. We buy the 12" x 6" frames, since those seem to accommodate almost any size name beautifully.
Kat used the new Razzleberry Lemonade (#115675) designer series paper as the base of her design, then topped it with Summer Sun (#103124) card stock which she textured using the Big Shot (#113439)... yes, we are loving our new toy! The letters are stamped in Melon Mambo (#115656, from the new In Color line) and the image and sentiment are Basic Black (#101179).
For stamps, she used God's Beauty (retired Hostess Set -- wasn't retired when she used it) and the Big Deal Alphabet (wish that set hadn't gone away with the last catalog!). The great thing about name frames is that you can use any alphabet and stamp set -- whatever fits the recipient the best! I think it's time to pick out a fun new alphabet set for us. Hmmm.... maybe Schoolbook Serif (#113510) or Varsity (#113684). We'll let you know which one it is when it happens!
Here's a full view of the frame. It's way too bright, but you get the idea. :) Next post, a name frame for our friend Gianna.

Peace,
Pia
